3D ACA 500 X-TRA Cut Compound

The 3D ACA X-TRA 500 is an innovative paint polish designed for HeavyCut and MediumCut applications. This polish, known by the abbreviation 3D 500, is produced by 3D Products in the USA. With 3D 500, paint defect corrections can be done in a very short amount of time. 3D 500 contains novel "Alpha Ceramic Alumina" polishing agents that allow for a significantly longer working time. It's suitable for both soft single-layer paints and hard clear coats. 3D 500 is free from fillers and can be fully removed even with mild paint degreasers.

High material removal and high gloss with 3D ACA X-TRA 500

3D 500 can be used in both random orbital and rotary applications, leaving a highly glossy finish for a HeavyCut polish without dulling. Ideally, 3D 500 is used before a finishing polish like the 3D ACA X-TRA 520, 3D One Hybrid, or a similar polish. 3D 500 becomes clear shortly after application, allowing for a clear view of the paint. It stands out for its extended working time, and due to the late breakdown of the polishing agents into small particles, it's efficient and cost-effective to use.

3D ACA X-TRA 500 is solvent-free, kerosene-free, and devoid of fillers. Despite its environmentally friendly and user-friendly formulation, 3D 500 does not create dust and is easily wiped off. It's recommended to use 3D 500 sparingly to avoid excess product. Microfiber pads, wool pads, and hard to medium-hard foam pads are recommended for use with 3D. Thanks to its high viscosity, 3D 500 doesn't splatter even at high RPMs (revolutions per minute).
