With 3D 520, paint defect corrections can be polished to a high gloss in a very short time after heavy-cut polishing passes. 3D 520 is water-based and contains "Alpha Ceramic Alumina" polishing agents that allow for a significantly extended processing time. It's suitable for both soft single-layer paints and hard clear coats. 3D 520 is free from fillers and can be fully removed even with mild paint degreasers.

3D 520 can be used both eccentrically and rotationally, leaving a crystal-clear, hologram-free finish. Ideally, 3D 520 is used after a heavy-cut or medium polishing step, like the 3D ACA 510 or a comparable polish. 3D ACA 520 becomes clear shortly after application, allowing for a clear view of the paint. 3D 520 is characterized by a very extended processing time and is cost-effective to use due to the very late breakdown of the polishing agents into small particles.
