The 3M disposable paint mask provides instant high-level safety through integrated filter technology. It is effective against solid and liquid particles as well as organic vapors. It offers optimal health protection, especially in applications with water-based paints, dispersion paints, fillers, and with fiberglass, softwood, or oil mist. It also effectively protects in metal and plastic processing (except for PVC). Its low weight ensures maximum comfort. At the same time, the extremely wide field of vision ensures great process safety and productivity. The single-use design eliminates the need for time-consuming maintenance.
Respirators can be used until damage, clogging of particle filters, saturation of gas filters, or up to one month. The centrally positioned exhaust valve allows effective dissipation of heat and moisture, especially in hot and humid working environments. The disposable half mask (FFA2P3 R D) provides protection against organic vapors (with good warning properties and a boiling point >65°C), up to 30 times the limit value or 5000 ppm (whichever is lower applies), as well as protection up to 30 times the limit value for particles.
