RUPES BigFoot HLR75 18V Mini iBrid Polisher Kit

The new RUPES BIGFOOT HLR75 iBRID MINI POLISHER is the evolution of RUPES tools with iBrid dual-power technology. Ideal for polishing curved surfaces, contours as well as compact areas, the HLR75 iBrid Mini features a 12mm stroke with a Ø75mm backing pad for maximum flexibility and precise control.

RUPES' patented iBrid technology concept, first used in the BigFoot iBrid Nano family, increases process efficiency and optimizes the user experience by allowing the operator to choose the drive mode best suited to the situation or application. Use the battery for cordless operation or use the iBrid Power Adapter and work continuously with the cord. Thanks to a special motor platform designed, developed and manufactured in-house by RUPES, the power and performance of the iBrid Mini are identical regardless of the choice of power supply.

The HLR75 features a revolutionary design for the polishing world unlike any polishing tool has seen before. Ergonomics have been optimized by redesigning the design of the polisher. The BigFoot HLR75 iBrid Mini Polisher is extremely comfortable and easy to use in a variety of grip and hand positions. The unique design provides incredibly variable and balanced handling to ensure precise and efficient polishing results while minimizing operator fatigue.

iBRID TECHNOLOGY

Thanks to innovative iBrid technology, the RUPES iBrid family of tools can be configured to run on both battery and corded power. Unlike battery-only or corded-only tools, iBrid tools allow operators to choose their preferred power source or switch from one power source to another. Performance is identical regardless of power source.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY

The HLR75 is perfect for polishing applications on curved surfaces or in compact areas where regular-sized polishers cannot be used effectively or safely. The unit's small size, 12-mm orbital stroke and Ø75-mm backing plate allow the iBrid Mini to maximize polishing efficiency and effectiveness, especially on today's complex modern vehicle designs.

ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL MODULE

The speed control module is highly visible and easy to adjust. It allows the operator to select or change the speed of the polisher without interrupting the application process.

THROTTLE HANDLE

The ergonomic and rubberized variable speed lever is derived from the operating levers commonly found on air tools. It provides precise control and full operator comfort, while adding a safety level that disables the tool if it is dropped or slips from the operator's grip.

BATTERY AND BATTERY CHARGING

Lithium-ion battery cells (18V 2.5Ah) with LED indicators show charge status at the touch of a button. A full charge provides between 35 and 45 minutes of continuous use. The HLR75 iBrid Mini battery charger is designed specifically for the iBrid Mini's unique battery pack system. The charger displays charge status via integrated LED lights and provides a 100% charge from zero to full in approximately 35 minutes.
