A reactive high-tech sealant that forms an extremely chemical and abrasion-resistant hydrophobic nano-network on all glass, mirror, and ceramic surfaces, providing long-lasting sealing. The resulting lotus effect reduces the adhesion of environmental dirt, insects, ice, etc., creating an easy-to-clean surface.
On vehicle windows, the nano-glass sealing creates a unique water-repellent behavior, with raindrops being pushed away by the airflow at speeds of approximately 80 km/h. This significantly reduces the need for windshield wiper usage and improves visibility in rainy conditions.

Cleaning of Glass Surfaces
- Glasses must be thoroughly cleaned before sealing to ensure a perfect chemical bond to the surface.
- For very stubborn dirt, clean the glass with Glass Star, or use cleaning clay (blue) beforehand for residue-free cleaning.
Application of Grinding Milk Component 1
- To activate the glass and remove glass corrosion, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned with grinding milk (Component 1).
- Shake vigorously before each use. When machine-applied (polishing machine), apply grinding milk with a microfiber polishing pad (Part No. 999308) at a low speed.
- For manual application, apply it to the glass surface using a microfiber hand polishing sponge (Part No. 999291), polish thinly for several minutes, and then polish vigorously until the surface feels smooth and a dry film forms.
- For older glass, this process must be carried out very carefully to remove the upper corroded glass layer completely for perfect bonding.
- Do not apply to plastics and rubber (risk of white residues).
- Subsequently, remove the grinding residue completely with dry and clean paper towels (Part No. 999552/999553).
- To avoid disrupting bonding, do not touch the glass with fingers afterward (use disposable gloves).
Cleaning of Ceramic Surfaces
- Thoroughly clean the ceramic surfaces to be treated with an acid-based cleaner (e.g., bathroom cleaner with lime dissolving formula), rinse with water, and dry completely.
- Do not use grinding milk, as it will remove the ceramic alloy and create white residues in the joints.
Application of Nano Glass Sealant - Component 2
- Apply Nano Glass Sealant (Component 2) only on completely dry glass or ceramic surfaces at ambient temperatures between 10 and 30°C (ideally 15-25°C).
- Avoid direct sunlight during application.
- Use suitable disposable gloves.
- Application per m²: approximately 25-30 ml on windshields, starting with one half.
- Apply to the surface using a paper towel (Part No. 999552/999553) and polish until an even liquid film forms.
- During the polishing process, apply Component 2 several times until the recommended quantity is achieved.
- After 2-3 minutes, an even film (without droplets) will form.
- After approximately 2 minutes, polish off the film residue completely with a clean paper towel (Part No. 999552/999553).
- Difficult-to-remove sealant residues can be dissolved using Component 2 and then polished off immediately.
- The sealant will cure in 15-60 minutes, depending on the temperature (warmer is faster).
- Protect from water and re-soiling until fully cured.
Important Notes: Do not apply to heated surfaces. Not suitable for treating glass surfaces in the vehicle interior, as the hydrophobic effect may increase the risk of fogging in the passenger compartment. Seal opened containers tightly after use. The shelf life of Component 1 + 2 is approximately 1 year. Strongly hydrophilic windshield washer additives (e.g., surfactants) can negatively affect the beading effect.
