Cut Force Pro is a new one-step polish from Menzerna. It powerfully eliminates scratches, sanding marks, signs of use, and faded layers of paint. The modern abrasives ensure maximum removal in a short time while providing an excellent finish. An all-around convincing abrasive paste that can potentially eliminate the need for a two-step polishing process in numerous applications. However, for soft paints or sensitive dark tones, finishing with another product is still recommended. Suitable for both eccentric and rotary machines.
ProfiPolish Wool Cutting Pad made from pure natural materials - 100% wool with twisted fibers. The pad offers excellent and rapid sanding performance. Due to its soft and 10mm thick intermediate layer, this pad is easily controlled and adapts to the paint surface. Paint defects, scratches, and sanding marks are removed in one step. Compared to microfiber pads, the Wool Cutting Pad is easier to clean and less prone to clogging during polishing. It has a very high lifespan.
ProfiPolish Polishing Pad DA medium is made from reticulated premium foam and is entirely manufactured in Germany. Reticulated foams are thermally treated and vacuum-sealed before processing, essentially blowing away the cell membranes. As a result, the foam gains increased air permeability, enabling improved temperature control. With lower polishing temperatures, achieving a streak-free finish is significantly faster. The medium-hard, yellow foam is used as a sanding/polishing pad for light defect corrections and is ideally matched with fine abrasive pastes and one-step polishes. The DA Pad is specifically designed for use on an eccentric polishing machine.
ProfiPolish Allround SOFT is made from the finest Korean microfiber, suitable for all sensitive surfaces. Thanks to its two different sides, one fluffy, the other short-pile, this cloth is perfect for removing polish and wax. These characteristics make it an all-around cloth that's also ideal for interior care and drying smaller areas of the bodywork. It has edgeless construction for gentle work and is silicone-free. "Made in Korea" in the best 70/30 quality.
- Thoroughly clean the surface.
- Shake the bottle and apply 3 to 6 pea-sized drops of polish onto the polishing pad or lambswool, depending on the pad size.
- Use a rotary or eccentric polishing machine and work in a cross-motion.
- Apply strong, even pressure while polishing and maintain a consistently low rotational speed.
- The polish is worked when only a slightly transparent or oily film remains visible.
- After polishing, remove polish residues with a soft microfiber cloth.
- Depending on the surface requirement, a second step can be taken to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- There is the option to apply Menzerna Cut Force Pro or Menzerna Finish polish once again.
- In both cases, use a medium polishing pad in combination.
