Since the waffle-shaped pads do not fully contact the paint surface, they work at a cooler level, reducing the risk of overheating the paint.
The Waffle Foam Pad Fine can remove moderate surface defects and irregularities and, when used with a fine polishing compound like the Rupes Rotary Fine Compound, leaves an excellent finish.
