Step 1: Preparations – Thorough Cleaning of the Film Surface

Immediately before sealing, ensure that the surfaces are absolutely clean to achieve the best possible result.

Step 2: Cleaning with Degreaser

• Spray a specialized degreaser onto a microfiber cloth.
• Thoroughly wipe all surfaces to be treated.
• Remove dust, dirt, or any other contaminants.

Step 3: Applying CC Vinyl+PPF

• Dispense CC Vinyl+PPF onto the light-colored side of an applicator pad.
• Apply a sufficient amount of liquid in a crisscross pattern onto the paint.
• Ensure that the treated area is approximately half a square meter (e.g., 1/4 of the hood).
• Work with an even application, as many films are highly absorbent.
• Otherwise, stains or streaks (high spots) may appear.

Step 4: Removing Excess Product

• Immediately wipe off excess product with a soft microfiber cloth, ensuring a streak-free finish.

Step 5: Drying and Curing

• After treating the entire vehicle, allow the coating to cure for at least 6 hours.
• During this time, the vehicle must remain in a clean, dry environment, and the surfaces should not be touched.
• For optimal effectiveness, we recommend letting the coating rest for 12 hours to ensure a complete reaction with the film.
• Ensure that the applicator does not begin to harden during application.
• If this happens, simply use a new pad.
